Return Policy

HOW DO I RETURN?

  • Enter your Name  and email address in the field below. In the message section, please include your order number and the reason for your return.
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return along with an explanation.
  • You will receive a confirmation email, a return label, and the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved.
  • Photos of the item being returned and/or the original invoice may be required.

WHAT ITEMS ARE RETURNABLE?

You can return your items within 30 days of receipt of your shipment.

  • Item must be in original condition.
  • For clothing: item must be unwashed, unworn, unaltered, pet-free, smoke-free, and food-free.
  • Item must be returned in the original, undamaged packaging.
  • Item must have original tags in place.

HOLIDAY ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS (WITH THE EXCEPTION OF EXCHANGING FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE).

  • For clothing, please refer to the sizing chart before placing your order.  
  • For holiday jewelry, please read the description fully BEFORE ordering as these items are not able to be returned or exchanged.

ARE THERE ANY CHARGES FOR RETURNS?

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable. 
  • The customer is responsible for shipping charges.

HOW SOON WILL I GET MY REFUND?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email either approving or rejecting your return.
  • If you're item is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will authorize within 10-20 business days.
